its like fighting a series of brush fires....you have resources to put out only one, You have to choose which one you think will get out of hand. Guess wrong and you get burned up.
If they make a boo boo, you know whoes gonna horde what little gets produced, The government types then those who are connected. The little guys......well they have to fend for themselves.
