"She's only seventeen....seventeen.
Daddy says she's too young....but she's old enough for me."

Winger.....A bad, BAD, and apparently pedophillic 80's hair-band!

Did I mention they were BAD?

I can't remember the lyrics, but that DAMNED late 60s/early 70s-era song about the "Dawning of the Age of Aquarius".....was is I HATE that stupid-a$$ hippy song!

And that song "500 Miles" from the Proclaimers! That song is so bad and annoying, I actually get ANGRY when I hear it on the radio. A complete waste of sound waves.

You make it sound as though there's someone out there who can hear enough.

I'm actually listening to "When the Music's Over" at the moment...and while it's difficult to name one single favorite music group. The Doors is in the top 5 without question

Wasn't that song from "Hair" or something like that? Can't remember for sure...seem to recall it either being form a musical or being from some one-hit wonder. This is all second-hand, though; I wasn't alive during this era...unfortunately... I do agree, though, that that song needs to die.

This could be its own thread... I think I'll start one, just for the holidays!

The 5th Dimension released it as a single, and it was done by the cast of Hair on the Hair album. It, like all astrology, is utterly stupid.

Nothing is more annoying than ZZ Top. Grrrr.... Makes me punch the damn head unit in my car just to quickly change the station. Also anything by Frampton really makes me puke.
I don't know why, but music I do not like turns me so sociopathic. Jeez.

Tres Hombres is a classic. I also have to say that Frampton gets an undeservedly bad rap for some of his early material. His first two solo albums were stellar, as was his work with Humble Pie. He turned into a total nose-wipe a bit later, but it was the quality of his earlier work that made that so disappointing.
