Question Electronics Upgrade

I would like to upgrade my current OE Bose AM/FM cassette with changer to the unit with integrated cell and GPS. Where is the best place to find such a unit (I find a couple on EBay) and will they be plug and play or will they need the navagation disk along with it? I am thinking if it has been installed before on a nother vehicle, the navagation info will already be installed but not sure.

I don't know if yoiu have this chain in your area, but we have an outfit in Texas called "Car Toys" that caters to that kind of demand and seems to be very knowledgable about high end car gadgetry.

Not that particular one but that does give me an idea to check with one of the local gadget shops.

You have a '99. Omar Sultan did the same thing. His ML was featured on Benzworld a while back. His install is documented on Ken Yee's site, keysolutions.com.
