Just went to see Hall and Oates a second time and came away extremely impressed at their live performances.

They just came out with a new album called "Our kind of Soul" which does a few remakes of old R & B music of the 70's like Gladys Knight, the Fout tops ,etc... ala Michael McDonald. Awesome album.

Those guys have been pumping out hits for 30 years!

In this day and age of 1 hot wonders, any fan of music should be able to acknowledge their ability to continue to write and produce hits after all these years.

Their new album (not this one, but the one before it-all new material) is really really good. I played it non-stop for months.

Although my age may not imply it, i do indeed enjoy some H & O every now and then, but at my age my biggest "guilty pleasure" music consists of Michael McDonald and Phil Collins. Childhood memories i guess. Huge fan of anything good! Music on the top 40 is crap nowadays!!!! Id say good pop music ended in the late 80's!

havent heard thhe new H & O, but im sure when I do, i'lll enjoy it!
