99 E300 Radio Card

I know that it had a radio card with the serial number and code on it. The PO lost the thing. So, how do I go about getting a new one? The parts people say they don't know and the service people say that they can look up the code when it is necessary. I seem to be the only one that wants the card. Anyone know of how to get one? TIA

I think you can get them through MB, by way of what they call "the warranty dept.". Call "your local MB service writer" and mention calling the warranty dept. at MB. Either that or keep pestering the MB 800 number.
Thread should be in the audio forum.......
