Three former USSR republics have fallen over the past year or so, and even though the US is active in trying to keep track of all the nuclear material, stories like this one don't exactly give one the warm-fuzzies.

Some of the other stories on the Mosnews site are enlightening. The Moscow Duma has enacted some goofy new laws... some doctors had a man grow a penis on his arm to replace his normal deformed one... etc. from russia with love?

That would sure make it easy to take a piss, they may be on to something. Like one of those wrist guns in the movies, pop it out in a flash. Could also open worlds of new possibilities for quickies.
