try this...

type in a phone number, with area code in the search bar on google and look what comes up. Maps are even available to the information received...

Nice, but don't bet the farm on it for accuracy. I used it in February to find pizza and chinese restaurants while staying in lovely downtown Oakland, CA.

But still no "Area 51" imagery. I checked several military reservations and they were all grey blocks, too. That means if you're interested in secret military stuff in the USA you still have to buy your imagery from the Japanese, EU, China, Russia, and India.

Is this the end of Mapquest as we know it?

Bit, sat pics of the area are available through french and russian sats. looks awfully like the moon... hehehehe...
