RED 500E being Reassembled
 

I thought that I would start a new thread since my other one referencing my Grill work was unceremoniously "shanked".
I picked up the car today. Looks great. I reinstalled the Side panels with the RED powder coated ex-chrome strips. I reinstalled the tail lights with the black trim painted RED. I reinstalled the GRILL....oh the grill looks SWEET!!! Did I mention that it has a BIG RED STAR on it.... I reinstalled the matching lover light panels powder coated RED with the matching RED mesh same as the GRILL. I still have about 2 hours of assembly left. I have to do the bumpers..eg reinstall the RED powder coated ex-chrome strips on the FR/RR bumper, Install the foglights in the FR bumper and reinstall the inner fender covers. I also bought new fog lens covers and fabricated light screens in the RED mesh to protect them from damage.
Should be reassembled by the weekend. I am swamped with other stuff but............Oh yeah I almost forgot...the piece' de resistance....The AMG 3 piece DuckTail Spoiler. I need to get some of that adhesive tape from the auto supply and reinstall that bad boy. Yeah, will definitely have get the car assembled for the weekend

It sounds ugly to me (no offense intended), though a picture is worth a buncha words.

While I'd like to see pix, there is something just wrong about using “AMG” and “adhesive tape” in the same sentence. LOL
