Red 500e Project Completed

Okay boys, I finished the reassembly process. Took about 10 hours all totalled to put all the panels and bumpers and chrome back on the car.
I think it look great. But you be the judge. There are about 8 pics total so just scroll through

Nice work! A few suggestions:

-I honestly liked the black trim on the bumpers... it's way too red IMO.
-The '95 Tail lights don't work for me because obviously you're trying to give the car an overall retro w124/AMG look. So it's a mismatch... (again IMHO).
-There's something up with the grille, not sure what, but it doesn't fit the car. Maybe because there's no center stem... I dunno.
-It would be nice if it had the same spoiler as the other black w124 in the pictures.

I'm only mentioning these things because it looks like you've spent some time and money doing this and I'm sure you'd want the most honest feedback.

Very nice work!

Persnally, I prefer some of the chrome to remain, like the grill in the front. But more power to ya! It looks great.

Looks good, but my negatives are...

1) The mesh grill looks very "home made". It would look much better with a real grill instert painted red.

2) The red you used to color the old chrome parts is not the same shade of red, giving it a 2-tone red look. Not sure if that was what you were going for or not.
