Insects in car

Has anyone tried setting off one of those bug bombs in their car? Since I bought the MB 3 yrs ago, the old Explorer sits outside and is now infested with spiders etc. Any other approach maybe?

Yes, I had an infestation of bugs and set one off. It worked good. It takes a long time (2-3 weeks) with lots of air freshener to smell right again though.

For any other car i'd say bomb it, but for an Expolorer Kerosene and a match should do it.

Few of us are blessed enough to have them hanging that low...most on us have them up on the seat when we sit.

I call it "Tippy the Ford Explorer". It's still pretty handy in a winter storm though.
