Random search in NY subways?
Thinking out loud......If you have the intention of doing harm in the subways of NY, there's no problem...Why ? Because the stop and search is voluntary.
If you do not submit to a search, you cannot ride the trains, so, you can walk out of the subway...walk a few blocks and enter another subway, repeat this exersise util entering a subway without being searched. Does this sound like searches on a voluntary/random basis are a waste of time ? .
