anyone have skype-to-phone running on a Mac?

I've seen several USB devices that allow you to use a regular phone to make and receive calls through Skype using a Win PC. Is there a similar device for Macs? The closest I've seen is a device that hooks up a regular phone through the audio and mic jacks but you have to initiate or receive the call on the Mac. Nothing that allows you to dial from the handset or answer the call without touching the Mac.

This is one such device that works with Win PCs - www.skype-phone.net

Thanks,
Sixto

Long ago I thought I read that they had a VOIP software for OS X. Since they are "pay for play" they should have access to all the solutions for you.
