The camera is a Toshiba PDR-M65. I bought it as a Christmas present for a former girlfriend, then figured out I wansn't gonna stay with her much longer. So I kept it and gave her a cheaper Kodak. :P Hey, it was a great camera three years ago and not that bad now-- 3.3 megapixels-- good enough for indoor pictures of friends and such. I use my 35 mm Nikon for serious stuff.
I did buy a multi-card reader this afternoon for $35. I'll hook it up tonight and see how it works. I did ask at Comp-USA if I could return it if I don't like it and they said no problem. They've also wised up and don't charge a BS 20% "restocking" fee anymore. |
You guys are great!
I bought a SanDisk ImageMate 12-in-1 Reader/Writer #SDDR-89 today for $35. Simply plugged it in, placed the memory card from my camera into the slot, and downloaded all the pictures. I'm not sure how good my reader is on my computer, but 80 or so 3.3 million magapixel pictures took about a minute to download, which is fine in my book. Thanks again! I'll soon be posting my behind the scenes pictures of MSNBC's coverage of GW's Innaugaration. No, it's not political, it's all the technical stuff that I personally do on these broadcasts. I'll also have pictures of my bike for Kuan when I have time to take them in daylight. Thanks again!! :) :) |
