Someone told me they had a v10 diesel SL I find it hard to believe does MB even make a v10? If it exists where can I see pictures and specs for one?

Highly doubtful. MB doesn't have a V-10 for passenger cars unless they stole a Touareg eigine and jammed it in the SL body and stuck a star on it? Sounds silly to put that motor in a convertible to make it handle well.

If they have it, why not have them send a picture of the glow plugs.

the VW has a v8 not a v10 least i think

supposed to be euro market only.. Id have to call the guy a lair and demade a pic but I rather jsut let that dog lie

The diesel Touareg's (the few that exist) are V-10 engines. The gasser motors are V6 and V-8's. I am sure VW has diesels in many types for the Euro market but only VW has a V-10 diesel for passenger cars.....thus far.

Ask for that picture.

Audi put's that V-10 in the Euro A8,

MB has a 4L diesel V8 that is now in or going in the new S class.

MB did stick a 4L, V8, bi turbo, CDI diesel into an SL. The SL400CDI, I don't know if they plan on making them it was a show car.
