Fellas, all of you should know by now that Kirk Vining.... Ooops... Umm, I mean Matt, can find a way to blame ANY event that displeases him, ANYWHERE in the world, on George W.

If the moon f***ing fell out of the sky and into the Pacific Ocean and ended all life on Earth.... Kirk Vining would still be here, and it would be Bush's fault.

Discussing it with him is a complete waste of your time.

Unproven to you perhaps, but not unproven in general. I don't know if Colorado Republicans are just more honest than other Republicans, but their acknowledgment of this tactic is open and forthright. They gloat over the fact that government programs intended for the public good (such as public universities and colleges) are being destroyed by tax cuts.
Z is on the mark. Rolling back the 20th century is precisely their goal.

I missed the clause in the Constitution empowering the fed to provide education.

I'm sure you did, but what does that have to do with KE's post?

Uhhhh, that braying was when Clinton began as president and the democrats had congress. Things have changed a teeny bit since then.

Woooaaa, hold on there sonny boy.

Tax cuts doesnt mean cuts in tax revenues. In fact, revenues are up. Tax cuts stimulate the economy,, more economic activity, more tax collection. Its easy to understand.

What would you prefer, 10% of $1,000,000.00 or 8% of $2,000,000.00

As for KV, I wont even give him the time of day, what a total waste, he is the closest I have ever come to putting someone on ignore. Hell, even Brian and I agree occasionally.

Lastly, where, or where did republicans ever declare we dont want ANY GOVT? Limited govt doesnt mean we want all govt eliminated. But the fact of the matter is, when any organization tries to do tooo many things, then that which is their primary function suffers in quality. Get the govt out of things like social security, schools, farm subsidies, etc, etc, and then it can do things like disaster relief much better, THATS the republican pov

What do any of these posts have to do with his poll? (Hint, his poll is meaningless and irrelevant, so we simply hijacked his thread:) )
