Arrow Does anyone here use Netzero??

Anyone on the forum currently using netzero internet service?? Right now I am using AOL and happy with it but I want to know what the hype is about netzero. Is netzero really good service or is it crappy.

I'm using it and it works out alright for me. Besides it's cheap.

I used it when I first moved back to Fla and it sucked.

Nothing but problems problems problems. Connection problems, unable to connect, or staying connected....software problems.

I canceled it 3 times and still get billed. Everytime I talk to somebody they assure me it is canceled and then I get charged the next month for it. I sat on hold for 20 mins waiting to speak to one of their reps to take the charges off, before hanging up. Finally had to contest the charge to my CC company. They took it off, just in time for me to get billed again by netzero.

I canceled the account over 8 months ago and still can't get rid of them. They suck!!!

Avoid.
