That stinks. I knew this guy who had a massive coronary while running. You can only do so much I guess.

Take care everyone and go enjoy life.

One thing for sure

No matter how much money you have.
No matter how well you eat.
No matter how careful you are.

It will make no difference whatsoever on how long you are going to be dead.

Every day above ground is a good day.
Some are better than others.

Precisely, parenthood has been proven to be hereditary after all.

Odd thing, genetics,my father and his father never made it past 45,my maternal grandparents, great grandparents, male and female all passed on in their 80's& 90's,my mother who is 82 still gardens 8 hours a day, even hangs the storm sashes herself, she hasn't been to a doctor in 50 years.

Sometimes life seems just a crapshoot I guess, despite all the advances in medicine the results are essentially the same, the strong survive and the weak, after generally much suffering and expense, die.

I'm gonna emulate my granddaddy. He died at 96 and had buttermilk everyday and no problem with southern cooking (Alabama). I plan on taking up skydiving at 100. Bush the elder was quite cool at 80.

Howdy All,
A co-worker I knew for years was working at another facility collapsed and died at work. They didn't find him until the next morning. He had fallen behind a desk in one of the shop areas so nobody knew he was there.
