Pork

I love it! Its my favorite meat. I can't stand too much of the same of anything but I think that if I hade to chose one meat it would be piggys. Chewing on a piece of bacon in the morning and pork chop for lunch and a tenderloin for dinner.

I can't wait till the feral pig problem comes to Michigan, I'll have a year round supply of fresh hogs.

I thought there was a sign on a billboard that said "Pork the othe white meat"? It thought it was hilarious.

Personally, I love bacon and McRibs. I always get them with fries and a coke whenever they come around. No pickles. I even have a cache of them in my freezere when the season was over.

The Simpsons Channels The Ancients:

Pliny the Elder (AD 23-79), Natural History 8:209:

Pig

There is no animal who furnishes more variety to the tongue:
its meat provides nearly fifty flavors,
but that of the other animals only one.

The Simpsons episode, "Lisa the Vegetarian":

Homer: Wait a minute wait a minute wait a minute. Lisa honey, are you saying you're never going to eat any animal again? What about bacon?

Lisa: No.

Homer: Ham?

Lisa: No.

Homer: Pork chops?

Lisa: Dad! Those all come from the same animal!

Homer: [Chuckles] Yeah, right Lisa. A wonderful, magical animal.

You can hunt feral pigs there? I hunted Black Russian Boar in IA. No bacon because it was too lean. Anyways, it tasted like chicken.

Breaded pork chops.

Butter was bad for you and then margerine was bad for you. Lets face it, you are all dying. Might as well have a ball before you die.

I'll never give up bacon, you will have to pry it from my clogged arteries.

I like bacon as long as it is not fried to a crisp. I like some chewy parts with some fat on it. With eggs and hash browns, it is super. However, I am not going to take it from your arteries. I have to draw the line somwhere. After it goes into your mouth, I don't want it.

Fat Jacks or Smokey Jon's in Madison are very good for ribs. My old friend was a waitress at the Memphis Pig Out in NJ and it was good too. Of course, I was thinking of pork and not porking her while I was there.
