Hey Do any of you guys know where to get cheap heating oil in NYC?? I dont want auto delivery, just when u call they deliver. Heating oil is going up, way up and want to know some companied

Cheapest I could find myself. Its going to be insane this winter. Is it possible/easy to syphon heating oil? I might have to buy a lock for the cap if it is.
