Any kids need a hairpiece?

I'm about to harvest my hair again. This time I'm offering it to any Mercedesshop folks who have a kid who needs a hairpiece. It's likely that this is the last time I do this so step up if you need 10" of thick black hair with a few strands of gray.

What movie was it that one guy wants to leave the another guy his hairpiece but it sounds more like a STD? Was it one of the Cheech and Chong movies?

I went pretty much bald around the tender age of 29. And you know what,,, I really have never given AF. Hair is not a real big deal.

I sort of thought that might have been his point......still not getting anywhere near a full nights sleep yet......so yeah I am still sleep deprived...

Been a lot of years since I had a full enough head of hair (or even long enough) to do anything to help there...

When I got back from Alaska I had a long mane of dark brown hair that went to waste on the barbershop floor. If I had only known about the place to donate it to I would have. Anything to make some poor little kids life a little better.

I feel so bad about wasting it I have thought about regrowing it again. My hair grows rather fast so that should make it a short mid life crisis.

Search for Locks of Love, they use it to make hairpieces for kids in Chemo.

My brother has donated, although he was a bit PO'd the "Certificate" he got was a photo copy. He didn't expect anything real fancy, but a simple photocopy. That was kinda bad.

If I'm not mistaken I think that there is a minimum length that it can be in order to be used. Anyone know what that length is? If it would be say six inches I could could satisfy two boys in one year if they need 12 inches then I could help a girl. If I could get by on just two or less hair cuts a year that would also save me some money. As for recognition I don't want any. Just the thought of helping a kid on chemo is good enough for me.
