But you know, these days most cars don't have 'wires' anymore and even if they did, the manufacturers all feel compelled to cover up their engines with all kinds of decorative plastic renditions of what some stylist thinks an engine should look like. So, even if there are 'wires' you can't see them anyway!

Fortunately, the kinds of cars that interest me (Generally old Fintails or used commuter-mobiles) are unlikely to be disguised as much more valuable versions.
