I don't know wheather to believe Consumer Reports of late, but they claim LCDs are of much better quality for 1020 than plasma. When I'm at the store, I can tell a little bit but at my age I'm not sure it matters.

I also thought BJs obtained 2cd gen units, or 1st runs that were not big sellers. Certainly not bleeding edge.

For perhaps 1-2% of retail increase, I'd consider:
