No cars allowed!

Last month I moved to Tresco in the Isles of Scilly (about 30 miles south west of lands end in Cornwall).

It's great here, but no cars are allowed on the Island!! I still get my copy of Mercedes Enthusiast delivered to me though, and I get to drive a golf buggy.

Anybody here ever been to the Scilly Isles?

Never been there.....yet
I would think that in Italy you would have access to a very nice Vespa for tooling around....
I know it's personal but how's a young dude like you come to living on such a small isolated place???? Sounds cool.

I'm educated in Holland and my first impression was as well Italy, until I saw it was close to Cornwall. Scilly looks a lot like Sicily...especially in the morning before I finished my coffee!

MV has no cars, since when?
