Now Ford is a trully f*cked company. It's funny, people think GM is more screwed. It really isn't true at all. Ford has NOTHING to offer. They side-brands they own, Jag, etc. are crap producers... and they sold off their rental car business which was their version of GMAC (cash cow). Add to that that their cars are total *****. GM is trash, but Ford is even worse. I'll give Ford credit for the new Mustang, but that's about it. The rest is total junk. The pickups and vans MAY offer them SOME value, the F150 is a staple and they haven't managed to engineer planned obselesence into it (yet, thank god)... You wait and see, Ford is the one that will be needing CPR before GM. Pete |

What with the GM Doraville plant closing, and the Ford Hapeville plant on the chopping block, and Delta's problems, and Georgia-Pacific going to Kansas (in a manner of speaking), heck, the commute through Atlanta might get pretty easy in the next few years! Happy holidays-
