Observations, hastily generalized, based on what friends I have . So sue me.

Norwegians will eat lutefisk but won't eat chicken feet.

Chinese will eat jellyfish but not raw oysters.

Black folk will eat chitlins but not lutefisk.

Mexicans will eat tripe but not pickled herring.

Germans will eat all kinds of sausage but not Spam.

i thought asians at least 90% of them were lactose intolerent because they dont drink milk after they toddlers or something like that..

I eat the stuff too although I haven't done the gourmet thing with Worchester sauce. It used to be if you sent in enough Spam labels that you would get a free Spam coffee mug or a free set of Spam boxer shorts.
