It seems that everyone except Kerry Edwards and Carlton Hughs are going to jail. Annoy someone on the internet, go to jail.

Wait a minute -- isn't Bush the guy who thought there was more than one Internet not long ago? Maybe this legislation pertains to one of the other Internets.
