How about this... figure what is the average life span of someone in that lifestyle, crime, gangs, what have you, take the percentage of guys on death row over whatever age, maybe its best to leave them out of prison altogether if it is indeed getting them dead as quickly as possible that you want to accomplish... Besides California is much worse than Alaska, thats where I'll go, keep the trash here.:wacko:

Would there be anything wrong with having inmates turn a turbine, that produces electrictiy? Wouldnt be "that hard" to do, and could power parts of the camp... Or I'm insane...

Didnt they have somthing like that on old ships, a wheel in a center that gets turned, but doesnt do anything other then make the people turning it tired?

I say if theyre guilty, and have DNA evidence, death should come within a week after final judgement, and no bull**** lawyers throwing muck rather then addressing the problem(s)
