I called the girl that I have been spending sometime with the last few months and asked her if she would like to go to dinner this Saturday. She told me that she would not be able to go out this week, becasue she had to go back to her hometown. I was a little dissapointed, not by what she said, but by what she didn't say. I would have liked to have said, since I can't do it this week, let's do it next week, but I did not get that. This was Tuesday of this week.

Fast forward to Friday, I ran in to her, as we were heading to our car's.
We chatted for a while and, she mentioned that she may not be going out of town this week after all but she was still not quite sure. I brought up dinner again, and she stated that if she did not go out of town, she would be "into going out for dinner."

So, as the week started off as a dissapointment, I found hope later in the week. I glad to see that she seemed interested in going out for dinner, even if she is out of town this week, the expression on her face, made it seem as if she would be interested in the future, and that was something that I could not see on the phone.

Again, I just wan't to thank you guys and gals for listening to me carry on about this girl.

I hope you both go out and have a wonderful dinner. Don't make plans beyond that, but enjoy the time together.

Who knows beyond that?

wait till you have been with the same one for 20+ years.
