Is Hugo going to do it? And if so, what...

will happen?

Talking about closing the US refineries and sending the oil to China and India.

The only thing I don't understand is if he does close them, where will Citgo stations get their fuel?

Or is it like Shell, etc. you don't really have to buy ALL your fuel from the "mother" company?

Just wondering.
