Nice surprise

While driving to work this morning, I had the screen wiper on due to pouring rain. Had to stop for a red light, and while waiting, I suddenly noticed that the wiper had changed from continous to intermittent mode... by itself.... After pulling up, it changed back to continuous. Have the car for two years now, and never noticed this before..... Seems this car never stops to surprise me..!!

I once went to lock the W124 and the windows and sunroof were cracked open. I twisted the key a bit further than I usually do and "voila"...the windows raised up fully and the sunroof closed! Never knew it could do that!

I've wanted a car that would do that. Makes excellent sense.

Saw the Passat do it in the commercial (the one where the hubby gets the wife out of the shower to demonstrate)...so I was surprised when my old W124 had the same feature!

I found out a year or two ago that my mom's 95' LS400 can do that. It had a remote to unlock and lock with, but that day, I decided to use the key. I left the key turned in the unlock position a little too long, and voila! I had to call her to the garage to show her. I don't even think our 02' Cadillac has that feature.
