Do Dodges Wink When They Blink???
Thats right, I noticed in the past couple of weeks that the new durangos and caravans here in toronto wink for some sort of reason. The headlight turns off while the turn signal is on while the other side stays on. Strange and I cant see how its a safety feature by any means.

Odd...
That's an odd one. Is it the daytime headlight? Or happening at night too?
The only thing I can come up with is the daytime headlight turning off because it's too bright and right on top of the blinker. i.e. On-coming drivers can't see the blinker during the day. But, I think I'm reaching for that one. Call the dodge house and ask them about it. Sounds like a soon to be recall to me.

I want my paycheck for figuring out an obvious problem, its hilarious!! What happens lets say your left headlight goes out and you happen to blink right, you turn the lights off on yourself until you stop blinking and people will not know that.
But its kinda cool, use that feature with the wipers, horn and the brights, you can make intelligent conversation with people around you. Pete |
