Well, I drink a considerable amount of coffee (two pots daily), green tea (at least a cup every morning) and I enjoy a beer in the evening (or two, often)...

I weigh 143 lbs on a 6' frame, 5% body fat, blood pressure and cholesterol below average.

I guess the coffee, tea, and beer diet works. Had no idea I was following it, though!
