For the record, I made a simple request of BHD to modify his signature. We were not thrilled with him advertising his new forum on Mercedes-Shop........for obvious reasons.

His response was to post a new thread in OD, quoting my request, and then rail about how unfair it was that he was singled out.

He was banned for disrespecting the forum and it's moderators.

Permanent? Month? Indefinate?

We all refer to BenzWorld and to MBCA. How is that different?

Maybe tehre is some hidden stuff going on here that most of us are not aware of...

Still...I hate to see people getting banned.

As much as I disagree with some hippies from Berkeley, I would oppose the banning of any of them.

But I guess rules are rules and eventually we all have to play nice or set up our own playground.

His new forum, where he is the webmaster, is identical to this one. He claims to devote more attention to the older M/B.........prior to 1986.

Since this was the third time that he violated the rules of the forum and disrespected the moderators, the ban is permanent.

He was warned several times in the past and banned temporarily on two separate occasions for similar transgressions. We've given him more than enough rope.............

I hate to see him banned permanently, but it's true y'all have been fair. I lurk on his forum and have posted a few times........
