I'm not sure if I am amused or surprised or dissappointed. Probably a combination of all 3, and maybe some other emotion thrown in for good measure.

I should be disappointed that he can't keep a level head when trying to discuss politics or religion, which would be my guess as to a reason. Not that I'm looking for confirmation or denial of this, of course. But he is quite able to give his thoughts accurately, which helps when he's talking about more technical matters.

Not me, no pathetic win here. I hate too see anyone leave. Just thought I'd take notice of someone who contributed his unique prospective here, that's all. I give due consideration to all perspectives, wheather I agree or not. Got something agaist that? In fact, I might go check out his "hang out".

I think BHD is having too much fun over at Shuman (sp?¿)

I hope that BHD was not booted.

Like others have written, I don't like anyone getting the boot -- no matter how obnoxious the person might be (not saying that BHD is/was obnoxious). Even if I personally dislke a person, I'd not want him disbarred.

I think that these forums are great -- even when the threads get overly personal. I like the give and take, even when it gets rough.
