OMG, is it Friday again already?! It's been a great week for sales this week. That always makes the weekend that much more enjoyable. If it's warm enough tomorrow, maybe that'll be the day I finally clear out enough of the garage to park the Dee8gonator in there.

Been a good week found a sweet deal on a 1961 F100 I am going to pick it up tommorrow so this day needs to be over!! Hope everyone is having at least an okay friday.

Got an offer on my current place - working through the negotation process today. I'm confident we'll find common ground. :)

What's really cool is our house never went on the market. I found a local investor and pitched him on my crib. He's biting! :D
