The 3 things I like most about my wife....

We've had such a good time with the "My Wife has this annoying little habit" thread, that I thought it would be fun if we all posted the three (3) things we like most about our wives.

And let's try and be specific and avoid things like "She puts up with my crap", since that applies to all of us.

I'll start:

1. Even at age 43, and after giving birth to twins three years ago, she's still hot.

2. Being born and raise in Japan, she cooks great Japanese food. In fact, everything she cooks tastes good. Her cooking is simple, healthy, and delicious.

3. She's great at managing the household, keeping it clean, staying within our budget, and taking care of the twins.

She's tenacious when she wants something.

She cooks very well.

She's not into having everything neat and tidy and has the ability to get out of the house in 5 minutes.

She makes a lot of money. Well.. more than enough to support my lifestyle.

That would explain your bike collection.

1) She's never said "No" to "I'm going to look at another Mercedes today - possibly buy it".

2) Great mother.

3) Great contributor to the lives of everyone in the family; I respect her.

Honest - no mind games. Either tells it like it is (which I like), or doesn't talk about it. (which I don't like.)

Endures - the strong foundation to our family, regardless of the price or effort required. Watches my back while I look out for her's.

Cares - Doesn't always show it, and doesn't talk about her needs, but she cares deeply about us, and uses this as the compass to her life.

1. She has way more formal education and is probably more intelligent than me. Sorry folks, I don't care HOW good she looks, if a woman is an air-head, I'm outta there!
2. Since we started getting MBs, she has been fairly supportive of the "I'm gonna go look at another Benz" routine. Even suggests some cars. Had me look at a '78 SL recently (turned out to be a fright pig unfortunately)
3. When the chips were REALLY down, she was there and she was cool.

And my skis.

Actually I have two "nice" bikes, one utility, and one icebike.

Hey you know what? We don't have a bigscreen TV.

Back to the thread.

Okay, thanks for the positive responses

I'm glad to know that some of you guys have a positive attitude about your wives even though it's more fun to make jokes. I guess the future of the human race still looks good.

Good for you!

1 She can beat me up.
2 She can beat you up.
3 She chooses not to.
