Yep, me too.

Congratulations Jen.:)

Congrats.

My six month old is sitting right here and he is the most important thing that has ever happened to me or that I have ever been a part in.

If this is your first you won't belive how much your life is gonna change. If you ever thought they made minivans for people with a lot of kids you are wrong. They make minivans for the seven tons of crap you have to pack with you every time you leave the house.

WVOtoGO 09-08-2006 02:13 PM

Congrats !!

I was just thinking that our twins, Sean and Sophia, will be 3 years old on Monday, September 11. Impossible to forget the date.

Jen,

How far along are you?

Yep, you me and Kuan got pretty close--my eldest turned three on Aug. 14 and I think Kuan's boy was a little earlier. We had her official party this past weekend and it was a blast.

We're having their party this Sunday from 4:00 p.m. on.

It's gonna be a real shin dig. We're having over about 50 people, friends and family.

We've hired a sushi chef from a local sushi restaurant to come over and make sushi for everyone, and also having Hawaiian BBQ catered.

Mistress 09-08-2006 03:17 PM

Jen, congrats that just great! Wooohooooo!

Plantman 09-08-2006 05:59 PM

Cool!

Remember to work out during your pregnancy so you will continue to look hot afterwards.

Our twins will be celebrating their 40th birthdays this year. I can't imagine living this life without them. I wish you the very best.

Dee8go 09-08-2006 07:47 PM

Congrats

Jen, I hope your kids turn out as well as mine did. I'm not bragging, just grateful. My constant prayer was always, "Oh, God, don't let my kids turn out like I did."

Kids are a lot of fun. Especially between the ages of about 5 and 11. The teenage years are designed to help you get over the separation anxiety that comes by the time they leave for college.

Kuan 09-08-2006 08:33 PM

Congrats Jen!

Yeah JD, mine is 7-11-03. Dang has it been that long already?

Cap'n Carageous 09-08-2006 09:33 PM

How can you be "A little preggie"? Does that mean that you're young, short, a midget or all of the above? Do you know who tha baby daddy is?

aklim 09-08-2006 10:20 PM

If you are a little preggy, I have a little congrats for you. However, I don't know how you can be a little preggy. You are or are not. That is what I told her when......

ForcedInduction 09-08-2006 10:35 PM

Whoo hoo! Baby pictures are a must.

peragro 09-08-2006 10:39 PM

Congrats, Jen, life will never be the same...

mgburg 09-08-2006 11:43 PM

*** Just wait 'til... ***

Congrats!

In a few years (You're going to hope for MORE! :D ) when he/she tells you they are expecting...just be ready for how THAT feeling is going to be!

Enjoy this time while you have it! :P

Sleep now while you still can. And coat your entire house in fire retardant that becomes particularily important when it turns about 4.:silly:

iwrock 09-11-2006 01:52 AM

Congrats!!!

On a side note, I made my parents super proud when I moved out and into college.

And I thought I was going to be homesick... He misses me not being home, more than I miss being at home.

How far along are you?

When is the expected delivery date?

BobK 09-11-2006 03:38 PM

Wonderful news! You'll be a good mom. Start lining up potential babysitters now. No, I'm not kidding. You'll be a sane and even better mom if you get some time away from the little one. You'll be amazed at what a simple joy shopping by yourself can be. Hope the baby's first ride is in the Benz.

kerry 09-11-2006 04:08 PM

Congratulations. I wish you the best. Keep a close eye on your health during your pregnancy. My wife got pre-eclampsia (sp?) during her pregnancy and had to take severe measures to avoid serious complications.

My wife got pre-eclampsia during pregnancy, too, and the twins had to be born at 30 weeks.

Nasty stuff. That was the end of those kind of adventures for us. Snip-snip.

Now their just ornaments!

Cap'n Carageous 09-11-2006 10:04 PM

Great! Let's scare the hell out of the girl with a bunch of doom and gloom stories!!! Why didn't I think of that!? On her second 'preggie', my wife had placenta previa. She was hospitalized five times during the 33 week ordeal and almost bled to death each time. But I would prefer to concentrate on the good aspects of being 'preggie'. I hope this will be a 'fun' thing for you!;) ;)

el presidente 09-12-2006 10:29 AM

Congrats! Very happy for you both...my wife is entering her 20th week. :)
