I like Paris. Aside from being easy on the eyes, she seems to have a good sense of humor. IMHO, there are plenty of show biz celebrities who are no more deserving than she is.

Charo used to go on the Mike Douglas show (or was it Merv Griffin) and was just hilarious. Harmless, funny, and fun to look at. Compared to other things offered as entertainment these days, Paris and Charo are OK by me.

Something that is mediocre is just sufficient for its purpose. Neither Paris or Charo have any purpose, so how can they be mediocre? They make me laugh, that's all I'm saying. If Gottlieb has a problem with that, then he and I have different world views.

BTW, I think Charo also plays guitar. For all I know, she might be good at it, but that is not what I like about her. I like her because she is a character.
