Another Hard Working Undocumented Worker
Another heartwarming story of an undocumented worker
http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/front/4208808.html |
Never, but never accustom your mind to mingle right from wrong.
Undocumented Worker is simply newspeak for Illegal Alien. If the guy whacked another illegal O.K.it would lessen the burden that us taxpayers bear supporting them. |
How easy or difficult is it for a cop to miss a gun during a patdown?
|
Illegal Immigrants are the 21st Century economic equivalent of slave labor.

Was the guy handcuffed in the back of the car? |

Nice, very nice...... |
The guy was not patted down or searched when officer Johnson handcuffed the guy and put him in the back of the car. The gun was in the back waistband of the guy's pants, the cop should have seen it since he handcuffed the guy in the back.

Of course, I am not surprised, papers often get it wrong. One fatal mistake caused the officer his life. That is sad. |
Since he has no rights in this country deport him to a comfortable CIA run jail and house him for the rest of his life at the cheapest possible price. A long life is costly, hint hint.

Now if you are talking about a cheap labor source, you may be closer to the truth. |

Meanwhile, I had my paycheck in my pocket, I hadn't been able to find time to go to the bank for three days. I always set a two drink limit in bars, because paying $6 or $7 per drink plus tip in a smoke filled sports bar wasn't my idea of fiscal responsability. |

Actually I don't know that. If you answer before I finish editing this post then sorry, you gotta edit yours. Funny how perspectives differ depending on where you live and who lives around you. |

I don't understand how people always seem to protect the illegals...WTF is wrong with them? If you are here illegally then you should have no rights in this country what-so-ever. Which means cops/citizens should be able to hunt your ass down like animals and ship your a$$ across the border or where ever you came from.

all ill say is, if they dont speak english, the are gangbanger, or live in my neighbor hood i dont like them. they re allways stealing or messing with others stuff.

The town will never be the same. After the Tangiers, the big corporations took it all over. Today it looks like Disneyland. And while the kids play cardboard pirates, Mommy and Daddy drop the house payments and Junior's college money on the poker slots. In the old days, dealers knew your name, what you drank, what you played. Today, it's like checkin' into an airport. And if you order room service, you're lucky if you get it by Thursday. Today, it's all gone. You get a whale show up with four million in a suitcase, and some twenty-five-year-old hotel school kid is gonna want his Social Security Number. After the Teamsters got knocked out of the box, the corporations tore down practically every one of the old casinos. And where did the money come from to rebuild the pyramids? Junk bonds. But in the end, I wound up right back where I started. I could still pick winners, and I could still make money for all kinds of people back home. And why mess up a good thing The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee |

The governor of Louisiana gave me this. Madame Tinkertoy's House of Blue Lights, corner of Bourbon and Toulouse, New Orleans, Louisiana. Now, this is supposed to be the finest whorehouse in the south. These ain't no pork chops! These are U.S. PRIME! The town will never be the same. Feeling religious are we?
"No one holds command over me.
No man. No god. No Prince. What is a claim of age for ones who are immortal? What is a claim of power for ones who defy death? Call your damnable hunt. We shall see who I drag screaming to hell with me." Anton LaVey "The world holds two classes of men - intelligent men without religion, and religious men without intelligence." "ALL religions of a spiritual nature are inventions of man. He has created an entire system of gods with nothing more than his carnal brain. Just because he has an ego, and cannot accept it, he has to externalize it into some great spiritual device which he calls "God"." Anton LaVey |

It's not slave labor but the people doing it often work their behinds off for half of what a gringo would need and they struggle like hell to get here. That would be just fine (the struggle part) with me except we've gotten to where we almost need them. See my earth-shaking thread for more on that. |
what the hell is going on here with everybody typing in FONT 20? Are you guys really getting this old?
|
Slave labor? WTF are you guys talking about?
I get about $550 a week as a professional Diesel mechanic and the mexicans are taking home more than $800 a week as insulation installers! I'm a professional and they get more money than me just to point a tube at a wall and not let it get too moist. The only good side is they always break the damn trucks. I guess it's just job security for me. At least I can down the truck for a day or two if they really f*ck it up. |

One guy, Manny, small for a carpenter, maybe 5'5" 130 lbs, his front teeth were starting to rot, but holy crap I had to hustle to keep up with the guy sometimes. Fortunately I was better at finish details than most of them. |

Actually LaVey is interesting and I think his opinions are correct regarding many of the religious adherents who have convinced themselves that they are in possession of God's sole truth. OTOH, I've met a couple of Zen masters that have something going on that is hard to discount. A very calm, strong, and clear presence. I met a martial arts champion once who had a similar vibe. Sort of light around him. I don't think LaVey is going to know about that stuff. |
