Perhaps they should paint it yellow so the buyers get even higher anxiety. It is distracting and ruins the focus of the auction.

I bet he parked there on purpose too. He's thinking to use a nice "white" background for his photo shoot. :)

Something tells me he could be a curbstoner.

Probably just lazy. Even a nice downtown business setting would have been better. Well he won't be able to sell anymore after 10/27, maybe just a last ditch.

Never bought anything from him. If he has private feedback he will need to make public or not sell. That's how I read it.

What was the purpose of private feedback? Maybe from the days you could leave feedback without participating in a transaction?

There were (are) two things you could make private since the early days Feedback and Purchases. Obviously some people don't want others to know what they have bought:D . Originally if you were disputing some feedback you could make all your feedback private until the dispute was over. Now they have made it where you can cover a specific feedback until the dispute is over.
Ebay is trying to come up with a way to keep critic's out of feedback. That has become a sellers nightmare as the new buyer doesn't understand what feedback is all about. e.g. get left negative feedback because the pillows that were bought "don't look right in my living room". Nothing to do with the transaction.

Feedback for the benzbaron ID is currently public, not private.
