IT Question: Outlook 2000

Hey everyone,
I know this isn't MB related but I know there are some IT people out there on the forum who may be able to help me out with a question I have about Outlook 2000. Is it possible to configure Outlook 2000 so when you start typing in the address bar it shows a drop down menu of who is in your contact list? Thanks!

SYMPTOMS
When you type a few letters of an e-mail address in one of the address fields of a message, Microsoft Outlook Express automatically completes the e-mail address with an entry from your Address Book. The same action does not automatically complete the address in Microsoft Outlook 2000.
