I think it's a good sign. There seem to be two basic attitudes about money: Pessimistic and Optimistic, and people tend to fall anywhere between this continuum. I guess the same could be said for lots of things, but I think it applies especially well when it comes to money.
Your kids are probably more optimistic about money than most. Money is not a limiting factor in their lives, and they probably view it as something easily obtained. When faced with a choice of saving enough to purchase something or going out and making more, they'd probably choose to go out and make more. They may be less stingy with their money when it comes to giving, and they're probably free of that sense of entitlement which has many people by the nuts. Lucky you, go with the flow.
