Voting Machines Crash

It totally amazes me that in these times, with so much on the line, that we allow this to happen. Somebody should be held accountable and pay the price. It is a sad day when we can't even count on being able to vote. Bring back the old lever machines!!!! The only irony in this is PAPER ballots in FLA.

It seems strange that the technology is available to build machines like Playstation and Xbox which run software that is dramatically more complex, cannot compete with a machine designed to record 1 or 0 and 1-4. It reminds me of my 6th grade computer programming class. :)

Governmental junk. It always goes to the lowest bidder. Lowest bidder means lowest quality.

Personally? I think they should just go back to the lever machines. Never had a problem with those.

In 6th grade you did not have 6000 programmers working on the same thing with 500 politicians and 51 Supreme Courts looking over your shoulder. :D

leave it to the government to make things drasticly over complicated.. perhaps droping a marble into a jar would be easier.. nope the govt would over regulate it to death
