Just noticed weather.com is not answering -

Think it's a hacker attack? (denial of service, etc)

Closing the site in honor of MLK?

Somebody forgot to pay the power bill?

They finally decided to get rid of the Aviions and hook up the AS400.

Maintainance a little early in the evening?

OR - This is how it starts....a website here, some other glitch somewhere else, and pretty soon, like in 5 or 10 years, we'll be worse off than the commies were.

Larry, they have a 2 phase hot site that requires Oracle snapshots. Communications nuances and/or load balancing will trigger hotsite even if in the middle of snapshot freezes.

In the meantime, you may want to try http://noaa.gov - much better data, lot less advertising, and not post-processed

but they do not have the golfers index.
