I voted Dem. this time. I wasn't really voting for the Dems, more like against the Republicans. Obviously, neither party can handle the responsibility of being in charge for too long.

I think that is the near-universal opinion, don't you?

It is something that both parties would do well to learn from. For the Repos so they can return to their roots and for the Demos not to take the newbies for granted.

Oh well, that was the first time I saw it and thought it was funny whether it was a Demo or Repub thing.

It was not long ago that criticizing a member of the government was viewed by many people as treason. I hope that this fad has passed. I know that the time for the reaction will come again, but I don't like it.

Politicians on both sides of our two-party system make great targets. Keep the shots coming. Hopefully enough shots will get people thinking seriously about third (or fourth or fifth) parties.
