Looking for PC utility

Fella's,
I'm looking for a PC utility (XP) that can list all files on a harddrive ranked by size. Something is eating my memory space, and I can't pinpoint what's the cause. Googled for ages, but no result so far.

THANKS

It's not exactly what you've asked for, but Treesize Free might serve.

I haven't tried that version myself, so I don't know how it compares to the (very handy, IMHO) Treesize v. 1.6 that's currently installed on my machine.

Windows Defender will list all running programs. For once MS put out a decent product.

Thanks, but I don't mean RAM. I like to know what's clogging the C-drive.

One quick thing you can do if you don't find a decent utility program is to go to Control Panel...Add/Remove Programs and look at the list that XP knows about. You will get a cursory glance at the largest consumers of drive space right there! You may have a welcome (or unwelcome) third-party software that installed itself quietly and just sits around taking up space.

Run a defrag as well to free up drive space.

Start --> Search --> All Files and Folders --> What size is it?

Specify your minimum size threshold.

Search for WinDirStat lists files and directories, you can then sort by size.
