Grey Market 1982 280e

I have the above...1982 280e grey market mercedes. I'm wanting to sell this vehicle but, I don't know what the value is, if any?

It's a Lapus blue, straight body, needs paint, moon roof works and doesn't leak, great tires, and the interior is still nice. It has 109,000 miles with a rebuilt head that was put on about 15,000 miles ago.

This was my Father's car and since passed away, I have the car.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
