My Home Depot Express (aka '93 Mitsubishi Montero) is about to cash it in. I've located a suitable replacement vehicle in Portland, OR and am looking for someone who'd be willing to take a look at it for me. It's at Wentworth Chevrolet & Subaru. Grey Mitsubishi Montero, stock number 2527. It's got 45,343 miles on it. They're asking a touch under $12K. Feel free to contact me (PM) if you're available and interested. Don't they sell Montero's in or around Seattle? Not exactly a hard to find vehicle. Buy locally, you'll be much better off.

Actually it's about the mileage and age of the vehicle. This is a '99 with low miles and no, there aren't any in this market. P'City was as close as I could find.

Why is that old Mitsubishi worth so much money? Seems like a cheap pickup would be a better buy, cheaper parts too im sure.

The one dying is a '93. The potential replacement vehicle located in P'City is a '98. Not sure if that's considered "older". I've had 4 of these and they're very strong and reliable vehicles.

Only 104K and about to cash in? That doesn't say much for longevity. You're better off getting a Toyota or Nissan pick-up. They'll go 200K+ with no trouble.
