Why are women better than men at selling real estate, even commercial real estate?

Some are, hot women can sell guys anything. They just need to bounce the twins a bit and the guy will sign on the dotted line.:D

I know this cute little RE agent, she doesn't know much about houses but is a bit over 5ft tall, hot as can be, with large and perky breasts.:D She sells houses like you wouldn't beleive.:D

Residential brokers are different then commercial brokers. Residential brokers have to appeal to the buyers for personal tastes.
Commercial brokers on the other hand have to evaluate the investment potential and match the buyers investment preferences. They also have to work harder to keep their clients happy if they want repeat customers. and if she happens to be attractive, that's a nice hook ;) |

Seems like its more guys. REI is interesting its one field that is truely equal in regards to women and men. |
