Need some help for class.

Ok people, I need some help. I have to write an essay about the levels of analysis on the realist outlook on the Nuclear Proliferation in North Korea.

For those of you who dont know, the levels of analysis are Individual, System, and Systemic.

Thanks for the help.

Justin.

Justin.
Individual = mine
System = CIA's
Systemic = what teh CIA tells the press?

My views, i.e. my 2¢ The "third axis of evil" so named by our "Kng George" son of "read my lips" Bush, needed a 3rd country to add to his axis of evil, as we all know it takes more then 2 of anything to get attention. This third country in no way shape or form could have been another Arab country such as Syria or Libya for obvious reasons. It also couldn't be a country like China for fear of Walmart closing it's doors. So GW picked a little thrid world country that can't - in practically any way - damage the US of A. I'm sure that there was some poll or some advisor that showed most americans dislike N. Korea so it became known as the 3rd axis of evil. N. Korea knows if they nuke Japan or the US, S. Korea would become an Island with it's Northern border being the "Sea of Korea"

System - The N. korean attempt to detonate a nuclear bomb failed.

With McArthurism being history because communism is on the fall, I don't think the US would be willing to go to war in Korea again. I also don't think N korea is a threat to stability in the area as China now has based it's economy on Walmart, and China would tend to side with US if N.K. misbehaves.

Has North Korea anything, or might North Korea do anything, of strategic significance to the USA or our allies? If the answer is "Yes" then look for a change in strategy from the US to address that strategically important factor. Otherwise, no reason to change.
